Johnnie Gurkhas in Aldershot has been there for years - over 25 as long as I've been here.

The food is not as 'smooth and creamy' as Indian. A little unsophisticared but pleasant enough. Once you realise it's NOT INDIAN, then you get to appreciate the subleties. Makes a nice change, but not a million miles from a curry if you can't force a chinese!

I was taken to Johnnie Gurkhas by a platoon of Gurkha soldiers. They ordered dishes that weren't on the menu. If you ever try that, avoid the Gudruk!
