I recently had lunch in a place in Bristol, UK called "Sergio Plums". It was absolutely magnificent, one of my top ten all time best meals! I noticed that it was part of some sort of chain, called "Maxwell Plum's", with branches all over the world. Are they all as good as Sergio's?
