AFFORDABLE LONDON SPOT

I was in London in May, visiting my wife who is in graduate school there.

She took me to a relatively new place called "The People's Choice," located in the mezzanine of the Royal Festival Hall. The owner and chef is a Graham Kerr type with his own television cooking show.

The menu is set and their are ususally three of four choices of meals, with three courses each.

The two of us dined superbly with a bottle of house wine for $50 US.

Not bad in London.
