Mother's Cafe in Hyde Park is excellent, if not the best in town. but, they are not vegan-exclusive. I don't think there are any exlcusively vegan. You cannot go wrong with Mothers. Magnolia is also pretty good, but not as good of a selection... I'm sure the rest of the folks on this group can name other good ones.
