I happened to be in Texas recently & was treated to these by business associates. I thought they were both great!

The best dinner I had while in the Big "D", including the vastly
overrated Inn at Turtle Creek. The broiled chicken breast was the
best item on the menu and the beef filet was almost as good.

This place does steak the way steak should be done - big, thick
slices of meat, cooked to order, with no seasoning other than
pepper & salt. Their chicken fried steak was ALMOST as good as the
one I had at the Texas Grill in Huntsville. And the prices - what
can one say about a 2.5 pound T-Bone for $15.95 or a 3.5 pound
sirloin for $21.95?
These were the best places I happened to try while in Texas. Who can top these?
