It's the only place I've ever left 2 cents tip, with an explanation to the manager. The service was so bad it was nearly comical, no waiter to the table until I got up and got one ~20 minutes after being seated. No silverware, had to get it myself from the bus station, even though I asked. Got both our meals wrong, neither was very good anyway. Never once had a tea refill, even though I asked passing waiter's several times. After I asked our waiter why the service was so bad, politely, by the way, I was blown off and given attitude.

The single worst restaurant experience of my entire life. I would not eat there if it was free. I get angry perhaps once a year, this was 1995's one.

Too bad, since it's a nice looking place.
