Amusingly enough, tapas is probably the only thing worth eating at Louie's. Stay away from the calamari (chewy), though; I ordered it three times before finally remembering that it wasn't good (try Tocai for calamari instead). Also, something's wrong with their pate (grainy) and tiramisu (soaked too long in bad rum? Bad mascarpone?). I've only eaten at RH once, and it was decent/good. Their selection's kind of small, though.

I have only tried the tapas at Louie's 106. We usually order a few tapas instead ordering appetizers, because many of the appetizers are also available in tapas portions (and price i.e. much cheaper! |-). The smaller portions mean we can order more w/o getting too full for the main course. We have tried a handful of things and we liked them all: battered & fried calamari, mussels in butter/lemon/garlic sauce, asparagus in blood orange vinaigrette, pate', etc. The tapas menu is pretty big (30-40 things?), and runs about $3-$7 each (I think).
