The most renoun Dallas Steakhouse is Del Frisco's on Spring Valley (N of the Galleria Shopping Center. The place is pricy, but if on expense acct., what the heck. If you're coming from California, you might consider checking out Tex-Mex, good candidates are Mercado Juarez & Cantina Larado. Barbeque is a bit of a religion here as well, my favorite is in Ft. Worth - Angelo's, but in Dallas Peggy Sue BBQ near SMU or Bakers Ribs Downtown is good.
