Kevin: Flores on Anderson, El Mercado on Lavaca, and Electric Lounge on Bowie (on Fridays only, I think) have free buffets. Flores is the best of the three. El Mercado also has an appetizer special (choice of six items for $1.99) with purchase of a drink. Combine this with their $1.99 margaritas on Tue and Thur and you have a pretty good deal.
