Don't know which one, but Pacific Cafe in Highland Park is considered one of the best seafood restaurants in Big D.  The Vincent's chain is also a favorite of mine...a little less pricey than PC.

I have no idea which restuarant was listed in The Best of show, but I would be willing to bet it was AquaKnox.  It is owned by Stephen Pyles, a nationally known  chef from Dallas.
