SnewsLanguage: English Hi. I am from San Antonio until recently and can name a very great place to eat. It is called Alamo Cafe and there are two of them. If you order Nachos Supreme for an appetizer you really better be hungry. They are fabulous and a large quantity. The restraunt is not on the river walk, they are both on the north side.Prices are modest and they also have a bar. It is best to call ahead on weekends or you will wait. Hope this helps. SnewsLanguage: English Before I read your first response I had decided to recommend the Alamo Cafes. Your other responder was right on. For Chinese try Hung Fong on Broadway near Alamo Heights. For seafood go to Christie's also on Broadway. La Fonda is great for Mexican food. It's hard to find a poor restaurant in San Antonio. Bill
