I've been really impressed with the P.F. Chang's that just opened up here in Austin. The food is very good, the service was good and the place is packed. They just had their IPO and I want to learn more about how their other units are doing in other cities.

Can anyone give info on these other cities?

P.F. Chang's is in Fashion Square in Scottsdale, AZ. I have eaten there once, and found it busy and good. It seems quite the place to go. However, for the highest quality Chinese cuisines, there are other restaurants that I would rank above them.

Trendy, good, and busy. A fun place to take visitors.

The P.F. Chang's in San Diego and the one in Irvine
are always packed with people. The lunch crowds are
unbelievable. I agree that the food is pretty good and
 very consistent.
