Business trip to Houston this week. Had dinner in a BBQ place called "MO's" out near the airport one evening. I had brisket and pork, business associates had ribs and chicken. Sorry Mo, your BBQ was pretty good, your brisket was really tender (but sorta bland), but mine is better. It's gotta be really tough to produce top quality BBQ in quantity, on a comercial basis.
