I know that a lot of people get all warm and fuzzy at the thought of Jeffrey's, but I wasn't all that impressed when R and I tried it. The food was okay, but I expect more than mere "okay" when the tab for two is over $100.00. Also, it was way too dark, and the decor was a bit basement rec-roomish for my taste. Just MHO, and maybe we just caught it on a bad night. I'd go back and give it another try, but given the heft of the tab and the number of other Austin eateries vying for our attention, it'll likely be awhile. Craig
