Rhythm House, on 35 about one block east of Guadalupe. Decent food, excellent atmosphere, but a bit pricy. Expect to pay $20 a head or more for a full meal.

The restaurant is on 34th, one blk west of Guadalupe and it's called Rhythm House. I've tried the tapas and every one I had was great -- I tried a potato-based quiche that was very flavorful, an eggplant dish that was just about as good, the spinach-phyllo dish which wasn't quite as good and the fried potatoes. Also had some artichoke based dish which was tasty. The atmosphere is really nice, too. I thought the prices were a tad high but the quality is too so it balances out.
