I like the fajitas at Maudie's Tex Mex Heaven on Lake Austin Blvd. and La Margarita in Round Rock. The latter come in freshly handmade tortillas.

LaVista on the 2nd level of the Hyatt on town lake has pretty good ones...at least they used to... I think Tues is student night so they're less with an ID or you can find an old pair of cowboy boots and bring em in, theyll trade ya for an order of fajitas (or used to) the whole place is lined with old boots on the shelves :) The antler chandlier is nice too heh heh as is the view of town lake.

I recommend Enchiladas Y Mas for fajitas (and chorizo migas, and just about anything else on their menu). One twist at EyM is that if you're not hungry enough for a full-up platter of fajitas, or don't want to pay that much, you can get fajita tacos instead: two tacos pre-assembled, with pico de gallo and guacamole on the side. They've always been plenty enough for me.
