Finally got a chance to go there last night - one great thing is that you can call ahead for seating and, with over an hour wait when I called in to put our name on the list, it was very nice to walk in and simply check in with the hostess and only have 15 minutes to wait. Drinks are a tad expensive IMO - but the food was very, very good. We had the giant appetizer for 2, fresh cooked chips with queso and (I tasted Pace salsa) - baby backs that fell off the bone when you picked them up and popcorn type shrimp that was light and flavorful. Followed up with the prime rib with grilled shrimp and was not disappointed in the least. The only improvement I could possibly see with the dinner was the salad - it was your typical mixed iceberg and carrots (a Caesar salad option would be nice) and, on the plus side, was very fresh and tasty. The salad dressing tasted like it came out of a hidden valley bottle and a more homeade type would be better IMO - same with the Pace salsa. Dinner also came with a perfectly cooked loaded baked potato. Make room for a dessert that (I forgot the name) had apples and cinnamon layered with some type of crust with a scoop of ice cream and drizzled in caramel sauce, even after eating all the above food (we felt like pigs too!) we managed to share the dessert and I'm glad we did, it was wonderful. Tab ended up at $100.00, not bad considering how much we ate and I'm still paying for it today! Try it out but don't eat all day before you go there, trust me. Kathy
