Ecch; that's about as hard as finding good pizza in New York City, i.e.

The only decent pizzerias I know of in the Dallas/Fort Worth area are
(naturally) the Pizzeria Uno in uptown Dallas and the Flying Tomato that opened up a couple of years ago in Denton. Both serve Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. I believe Flying Tomato serves Chicago-style stuffed pizza, but you should probably call them first to verify it. Flying Tomato's dough-to-toppings ratio is a bit high for my tastes, but you can probably get around that by insising on extra toppings when you go there.Dallas, TX
