Best Italian Food

Based on the recommendation for Reale's my wife and I went last night-- Friday. Yes, I liked it.

It was full of customers, but the wait was only a few minutes. The food served was good basic Italian (New York is where the owners come from, so I assume it is New York style).-- not exotic, but not dull either. Their listing in the phone directory is misleading in the sense that it as shown as a pizzeria. They offer a full menu including pizza.

The owners are most hospitable. The service was superb and friendly without being intrusive--- friendly service without being intrusive is rare these days.

As for the atmosphere---- like the food it isn't overdone, it is pleasant and not dull---- mainly Chianti bottles and Italy travel posters along with a subdued light level, which almost always adds to an inviting ambiance.

Like McArthur, I shall return.

I have come to understand that there are many genres of Italian cuisines, they are different and they are all good. Among them are Seattle, San Francisco, New Orleans, Chicago and, of course, those found in Italy. I like them all. If Reale's is New York, I add that to my list.
