I occasionally meet a friend for lunch at the C-5 Steakhouse in Westlake. My recommendation is limited by the fact that I always have the same thing: the small chicken-fried steak, which comes with an undistinguished salad and great steak fries--an excellent choice for a fries-and-gravy person. I usually top it off with their bread pudding, which is pretty good. The atmosphere is ... well, unpretentious: vinyl booths, crackers and little margarine containers on the table. There are other entrees and other desserts, but life is short and I don't eat there very often, so I stick with what I know. Rick Saenz
