If you like good steaks, I recommend the Stockyards downtown. 101st airborne on Murfreesboro Rd. is real nice (reservation rec.). Also try New Orleans Manor on Murfreesboro Rd. (all-you-eat seafood). San Antonio Taco Co. on 21st Ave is cheap, with buckets of beer on the porch and a college crowd - great food. Texanas on Bell Rd. near Hickory Hollow Mall is the best TexMex in the south and has very reasonable prices. For good ribs, try Calhouns on White Bridge Rd. (also other locations). Courtyard cafe on Bell Rd. is a good local spot with great Italian food and live music every night of the week.

There are a million other good restaurants in this town, but I'm out of time. Enjoy your stay in nashville!!!
