You must try Charlie Vergas' Rendevous Ribs. It is located down an alleyway from the famed Peadbody Hotel. Watch the March of the ducks, then go and enjoy the best dry rubbed bar-be-que I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy.

My favorite is John Wills BBQ, a full service restaurant, that has fabulous ribs, great beans, and excellent cole slaw. Lots of other stuff on the menu for non-BBQ eaters (does such an animal exist?). Don't be put off by the up-scale decor; this is the real thing.

The local favorite is Corky's, which is always mobbed. Not bad, but I would choose either the Rendezvous or John Wills.

Enjoy.
