I was on a 4 day business trip in PA sometime ago, and very very luckily, I found a very very good sushi bar somewhere in PA, but I don't know if it's central PA, it's in the city of St. Davids, it's called Hana I was there 2 times in 4 days. it's a little bit difficult to find the restaurant because it's not facing the main street, anyway try looking into the yellow pages, they are listed. Highly recommend the restaurant, it's one of the best on my sushi bar list, the other 2 are , kampachi and tsukiji in LA, south bay area hope you can go to Hana, it's really good p/s chef is kind of proud, kind of young man, refuse to make California roll, claim that it's not real Japanese sushi we spent $100 for 2 people, but we ate a lot, without alcohol.
