Otowa Japanese Restaurant Patong, Phuket Thailand

The name means "Sound of Waves" and it aptly describes the location of this find Japanese restaurant: on a rocky cliff immediately overlooking the waters of Patong Bay. There is something to tantalize every taste, from the Robata Yaki (Japanese B.B.Q.) to sushi to traditional dishes to the unique "wasabi" ice cream.

Although recently established, Otowa is already setting the standard for fine Japanese dining in Thailand.

PHUKET GAZETTE:

The rich and varied menu, drawing from several schools of Japanese cooking, more than satisfies sophisticated and demanding tastes. In other words, if you're looking for the full gamut when you eat- setting, presentation, and taste - Otowa is an excellent choice.
