A great resturaunt in Newport, RI is the Inn at Castle Harbor. If you make reservations early (i.e. 6:30-7pm) you'll be able to enjoy a beautiful sunset (weather cooperating of course). Sit in the smoking room - it never gets smoky and that's the room with the best view and lots of windows. This is also a great place to have a Sunday Brunch but go early. Everyone sits on the lawn overlooking the bay in the afternoon listening to a jazz or dixie band and they have a barbque. A locals favorite is The Deck. It's down the main street in town past Christie's. Ask a store owner for directions and reservations are a must. The Best steamers are at Christie's! Enjoy!
