One of the drawbacks to living in the Western half of the country is LACK of good pizza. Those of you following the pizza discussion may have noticed that there were only a handfull of places listed West of the Mississippi. For a number of years I used to drive from Montana to Casper, Wyo fairly often. In Thermopolis, Wyo, there is an old guy who has a pizza place that by all rights should be located 2000 miles to the east. The owner/cook is from New York and found that in Thermopolis, the only job he could get was cooking. Not wanting to work in someone elses kitchen he opened his on pizza joint. Some trips, I would eat there on Friday nights on the way down, and Sunday on the way home. Ask anybody in Thermopolis about the pizza place on the road the south outa town. They'll know!!
