Tram's Kitchen in Lawrenceville! It's on Penn Ave as you're heading
down the hill towards the Doughboy statue -- on the right, the facade is
painted a nice sky blue. It's around 40th Street *I think* (someone
else help me out here -- I can never remember the cross-street.

The spring rolls are not to be believed! Savory, aromatic, very fresh,
 absolutely mouth-watering. Don't miss them.

I agree about the spring rolls, but my favorite is the
banh xeo. And just about everything else. All their
food is excellent. It's always *SO* hard to decide
what to get I end up ordering everything on the menu!!!
 Well, almost.

I've enjoyed My Ngoc for Vietnamese. It's on Penn Ave in the Strip, I
think between 21st and 22nd. For those of you who work downtown,
there's a Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant in the basement of the Lawyers
Building on Forbes at William Penn Way. I can't remember the name,
but I think it might have the same owners as My Ngoc.

I've been to Tram's once and didn't care for it that much, but from
the raves it sounds like I should give it another try.
