Have not had the chance to try Il Portico, and
now that I think of it don't know anyone off the
top of my head that has, but anyway, I can
highly reccomend Dilullo Centro, on Locust just
15th street side of Broad. Food has always been
outstainding atmosphere is everything I'm shure
your parents would expect and price is very
reasonable (note not cheap but VERY reasonable).

Good luck and enjoy wherever you decide to go.

I swear to you that everyone I have ever spoken to who has eaten there has received food poisoning.

i haven't been there for a while, but used to go to DiLullo Centro quite a bit, that fits the bill for upscale Italian.... the food was always great, and the bill was always upscale!
