I ordered 2 pizza's for delivery from Unique in Bloomfield. ( I have a large family). Well the pepperoni pizza was black and burned! I called to complain and ask for a new pizza and was told to keep the one I had and that I would get 25% off my next order!!!!! I was also told that It was hard to believe that I had a burnt pizza because they are cooked on a conveyer belt. So I took the pizza back to the store. They looked at the pizza and said that it had "bubbled" and someone must have thrown some cheese on top of it which caused it to turn black. They refused to refund the money & offered me another pizza. I can't imagine going out to dinner and complaining to waitstaff that my food was burnt and being told to eat it anyway and you'll get 25% off your next meal!!!! Needless to say that our large family will be going to Pizza Italia or any of the other fine establishments in Bloomfield or Lawrenceville.
