My family has observed a long-standing tradition of eating out at a good buffet on Thanksgiving day. Our experiences with the Pittsburgh area: Vista Excellent. Huge variety. Great presentation. The only one we've repeated. Airport Mariott Good food, but selection wasn't all that big. Also, they occasionally ran out of things, so you'd have to keep going back to see if they had replenished it yet. Grand Concourse Great ambiance. We expected a larger selection. The actual buffet was largely on the grand staircase - impressive, but a little awkward. Did not enjoy the food as much as the others. Holiday Inn McKnight Good, satisfying meal, but nothing fancy. No ambiance.
