I ordered a dish at Siena, I forget the name, which was like a salmon
pizza -- smoked salmon (lox-like), poached salmon, and salmon caviar on
a thin crust with cheese, garlic, and some spices. I didn't care for it
as a main dish -- *very* salty because of the salmon eggs and cheese,
and it was too much of the same thing -- one piece would have been good,
but I quickly got bored with it. Might be good as an appetizer, to
split with others. My friend got a fish dish which was very good.

For an appetizer I had the watercress soup, which was very good.
