 Try The Shiloh Inn on Mt. Washington.  It's about 1 block up Shiloh St
 (which is near the top of the incline) from Grandview Ave.  Very nice
 restaurant, not as expensive as the top places on Mt. Washington (where
 you pay for the view of downtown).
