Pleasure Bar (Bloomfield, a few blocks past the bridge)

 Back during my last time in Pittsburgh ('75-'79), I remember hearing stories
 about the legendary Pleasure Bar.  I just never got out there.

 Last night, we FINALLY went.  It was EXCELLENT!  Good food, attentive
 service, and amazingly low prices.  Two of us stuffed ourselves for $30
 (including beer & a good tip). Jim had one of the huge combination platters,
 and I had chicken & eggplant.  I did eat myself into indigestion,
 but that's hardly
 the restaurant's fault.  Most of the other diners did the right thing
 and brought doggie bags home.

 My only complaint about the restaurant is the incredibly poor condition
 of the restroom.  I thought I'd stumbled into a scuzzy bar in Oakland
 or something.  The restrooms (at least the ladies room) is supposed to
 be renovated.  Hopefully, when they do, they will ban smoking in the ladies
 room.
