If you want to pull a trick on a member of your party, tell the waitress that its that person's birthday. He or she will be serenaded by Chef T., himself. Chef Theodore is located in the shopping center at the corner of Deleware and Washington Aves. The Italian pasta place within the Rocky 10 multiplex complex (the theaters at the corner of Deleware and Reed) is pretty good, too. Holly
