You might try the Astral Plane for a quiet atmosphere and good food. It's been about two years since I'd been there but I remember is as being good. Dinner there runs about $80 for two people, I think (including wine and tip). It's located at 17th and Lombard. The atmosphere is very quiet and romantic.

I guess my last post must have gone to your e-mail. I am located in Phila and if you let me know what type of food your looking for I'll add some suggestions to your list. You might want to try the Palm resturant which is in the Bourse(sp?) building. There are also good resturant in chinatown called "Golden Pond" which is rated one of the best resturant for that type of food in the area.
