That would be Erculiani's in Gallitzen. It was a dream come true for the kind of diner for whom quantity is paramount--the most food I've ever been served at one sitting in my life. It made me kind of sick, and I never went back. Bill Pollak, Technical Communication Carnegie Mellon U., Software Engineering Institute Pittsburgh, PA 15213-3890 email: [email removed]

oldies but goodies: Altoona restaurant
It was in Gallitzan, PA (yes, just outside of Altoona). We went looking for it last summer and it was all boarded up. For the life of me I can't now recall its name.

By the time my main course (lasagna) arrived I was already quite full. On top of that massive amount of wonderful anti-pasta, the lasagna was pretty good sized. pal
