We went to Mr. Jones last weekend for lunch. I had the clam chowder
and blintzes. Both are excellent. The clam chowder is light and tasty
and not heavy with cream. The blintzes are a small appetizer plate
with home made apple sauce. Eric had the Nonthreatening Side Salad
(tasty Caesar on the side) and pierogie appetizer plate. The latter
comes with 3 pierogies and red cabbage and carmelized onion.
We had the home-made cherry pie for dessert -- delicious, not too
sweet, lots of whole cherries, recipe supposedly from the chef's
 mother.

There are other substantial-looking dinner entrees on the menu
(e.g., meatloaf) but we didn't try any the first time there. We
are definitely planning to go back.

We went the second day after they opened, so the service was a
bit slow and disorganized. Nothing that won't improve with practice.

Beer enthusiasts can look forward to a good selection, smaller
than Mad Mex but with Sierra Nevada on tap.
