i know many of you have already been to Phnom Penh so you can skip
 this.

i am a huge fan of asian food and i must say, this is one of the best
places in the area. half of their menu is Cambodian and the other half
Chinese. we chose 7 entrees off of the Cambodian side and every one was
delicious (i was with a large party). the price range is 7.95 - 9.95
and it is BYOB. The entrees come with soup and a spring roll. This is
not an elegant place by any means but has really great food. They even
give frequent diner card which gives you a free entree after 10 visits.
They are also open for lunch and i assume they have a lunch menu. i am
sure all you downtown people have had lunch there!

it is downtown at first and smithfield very close to the smithfield st.
 bridge.

 bon appatit!
