 Hi folks! Kevin McKee here.  I finally got to a computer tonight and I
 am really impressed with everyone's interest and imput.
       Here are some new menu items at Maxine (the restaurant formally known
 as Mata):

             Pancetta Pumpkin Potstickers (appetizer)

             Veal Ravioli, thyme butter and a warm salad of
             wilted greens and roasted beets.

             Filet of Beef with a wild mushroom vinaigrette,
             garlic potato rounds and sugar snap peas.

             Grilled Cheddar Cheese Sandwich WITH crust(for those of           you
 afflicted with straight hair)

                         and for dessert...

             Banana Cake with fresh bananas, vanilla bean-kumquat
             syrup and chantilly cream.
