Hello all supporters of the restaurant formerly known as MATA. I'm
Kevin,the executive chef. My partner, Brad, has moved on and I have
assumed full operations of the restaurant now known as Maxine.
I want to thank all of you for your cyber support and invite you back
to the same menu you are acquainted with. Plus, a promise to bring you
some new dishes I've planned for the near future.
