 Hello,

I mostly lurk on the NG, but always enjoy the recommendations of new
places to try. I've found some great places from this NG (Trams and
 Peppercorns being among my favorites).
I tried a new place in Upper St. Clair called Legends on the Green.
It's located just off of Boyce road at the Frosty Valley Golf Course
(just up from the intersection of Mayview Road. They're located in a
 small office building.
Anyway, I've been there 2 times in the past week, and both meals
have been outstanding. I've had two different pasta dishes--a pesto
linquine, and a tortellini carbonara. Both were priced around $6.50.
Both came with a great salad, really fresh, with many different
greens--no iceburg! Meals also come with bread and a garlic dipping
olive oil. Everything was fantastic! Pasta was fresh, and
homemade.Haven't had any desserts yet, but the waitress said they're
 also homemade.
Waitstaff was very friendly, and both times we ate there the chef
came out to ask how our meals were, which is a nice touch. The last time
we ate there the waitress also brought aound a plate with some fudge for
us to try at the end of our meals. They seem to be doing a good
business, and a sign said they'd be opening for dinners in April.
Anyone else eaten there? Like I mentioned , they seemed to be doing
good business, but the location is a bit hidden. I don't know anyone
involved in the business, its just that I was so impressed with the
place that I'd like to pass the word along on it.
