 Went again last night.

 Tapas:
Conch Fritters w/ MangoGuava chutney: Ok. Conch is never really
amazing to me but chutney was cool.
Rare Seared Tuna w/ Corn/Ancho Salad: Great. Great. Great. Wow. Great.

 Soup:
Avocado/Cucumber: Served cold. Mellow smooth clean flavor. Nothing to
       write home about, butgood.

 Entrees:
Jerk Chicken with Banana/Guava Ketchup: Wow. Quite hot. Really tasty.
Chicken very moist, not dry at ALL. Must rave about this one.
Spice Crusted RibEye Steak with Pickled Onions & Mashed Plantains:
Quite good. Well cooked. Very spicy.

 Service:
       Very good - no complaints.

 Beer:
Red Sky Ale. Rich Red/Black color. Tasty.

Overall, the chef there really knows how to take two disparate flavors and
make them compliment each other very well. I hope they keep changing their
menu, as, while I love the food, it's not "sustentence" time food, so it needs
to change occationally to keep it interesting.
