Kaya!

 We went to Kaya tonight for dinner; it was, for all involved, a
 multi-wow experience. We had to wait around an hour for a table, but
 we all thought it was worth the wait. We tried a fair number of their
 "Tropas" (think Tapas with a tropical bent) and had soup and dessert
 as well. Everything was delicious, and our waiter was quite good.
 They have a beer selection similar to Mad Mex (which shouldn't come as
 a surprise; they are owned by the same people).

 I highly recommend the place. Come early, though: it was quite
 crowded, and they don't take reservations.  (We came in at 9:20 or so;
 they said they don't get busy until 7 or 7:30.)

 (They're at 20th and Smallman, in the Strip.)

 Well if you like beer and appetizers, you may want to stop in any day
 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm to get half off appetizers and drinks at the
 bar only.  It is great.
