Man, we need an FAQ :-)

highly recommended by many is Koto Buki in the north hills.

Take 579/279 to McKnight Road, take that (northward) to Babcock Blvd
headed towards Passavant Hospital [follow the signs; it's a right turn
off McKnight], then travel a couple miles [i Think] until the turn for
Koto Buki. You will see little signs for it along the road].

I just went last night. We had octopus salad and soft-shell crab
appetizers, Special Bento Boxes for dinner, and red bean paste and plum
wine ice cream for dessert. We stuffed ourselves silly and it was
excellent food. And the waiter [a young man named Blake] was lots of fun
 as well.

I agree on the recommendation for Koto Buki. Go there now before they
 are swamped with more addicts!

I am soon going to update my long review that they have reprinted and
have been handing out for about 4 months now. Actually there's not
much to update, because they have exactly the same quality as they
had, even with a change in their sushi chef. They also added a few
OUTSTANDING items (most notably sukiyaki and yakituri). Please note that
I am NOT affiliated with that restaurant; I'm only a person who
thoroughly enjoys good Japanese food and finally has a restaurant 5
minutes from his house! I want to do everything I can to make it
worthwhile for them to be located up here in the North Hills!

I mentioned addicts because we have taken nearly everyone we know there,
and often run into them on our trips. I feel like a pusher who has taken
a lot of people down a wayward road...a guy down my street went 3 times
in a week and playfully shook his fist at me for getting him addicted to
 an expensive habit!
