For good Jappanese food(sushi) in Pittsburgh try Sushi Too on Walnut St. or Sushi Two on E.Carson St. John

My (unhumble :) opinion is that KotoBuki is the best place to get sushi around Pittsburgh. Their cooked food is wonderful too.
I second the Miyako recommendation. Miyako is very nice and much more pleasant than the Samuri. The quality and the portions are much better too. China Palace in Sewickley has good Sushi too. Surprising but true
I admit to not having tried Little Tokyo, but of the rest (Kiku, Sushi Too/Two, Kotobuki, and one downtown on the second floor near PPG Place that I never remember the name of), my personal favorite by a longshot is Kotobuki, which is up in Allison Park in the North Hills. Brian
Koto Buki in the North Hills has not only a very good sushi selection, but a nice selection of other dishes as well. Their sukiyaki is very good, as is their tempura. They have a beef and asparagus maki appetizer that is outstanding. Unfortunately, the menu is not quite as extensive as what was displayed at the restaurants in Nagano, and I don't remember them having the plastic model dishes....they use English menus instead. ;-) One note, if this matters to you, they are BYOB...or they were the last time we were there, which has been a little while. KB is on Old Babcock Blvd, just off of Babcock Blvd about 2 miles north of UMPC-North Hills Passavant Hospital. If you're going north on Babcock and get to North Park, you went just a wee bit too far.
