 Between Downtown and Bethel Park on Rt. 19 (Liberty Ave., Washington
 Road, whatever), you'll find PEARL DYNASTY. It is located between
 "downtown" Dormont and "downtown" Mt. Lebanon. There is a large purple
 sign.

 The restaurant is very nice inside (don't let the stairwell fool you),
 their prices are good (and they have good specials), and most
 importantly:

 IT IS THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN PITTSBURGH.
