Shartlesville is only 2 1/2 hours from our home in north Jersey. Both Haags and the Shartlesville Hotel have quite a reputation. Unfortunately, every time we've attempted to eat there, the wait has always been 60 to 90 minutes, at both. There's usually quite a few buses with tour groups parked in downtown Shartlesville which by the way is on I-78/US-22 about halfway between Allentown and Harrisburg and just north of Reading.
