Greetings! If anyone out there is in the vicinity of Silverdale, Bucks County (near Perkasie and Quakertown), be sure to visit The Gryphon Tavern on Route 113 in Silverdale, PA. Formerly Whitney's Grille and before that Dembroski's, The Gryphon has been open since April '99. The staff are very nice and the chef is extremely creative. The menu features various pasta dishes, seafood, steaks, pork chops, soups, and appetizers. There's a comfortable bar with big screen TV, and the bartenders will be happy to custom make a drink for you. Favorite drinks are the Monkey Martini and Flyin' Lion, which is the house drink.
