Whenever I go, I like to go in the evenings around 7 or 8, and even if I have to sit at the bar for a few minutes, that means I can get a caipirinha, which is an insanely delicious drink made with crushed limes and cane brandy. They also have delicious sangrĂa. There is a buffet for cold foods and casseroles, and the selection is extremely fresh and very good. All sorts of cold seafood dishes, cold salads, cold marinated mushrooms, and then the hot bar with casseroles, fried bananas, gravies, rice dishes, etc. They also have a wine area. You get a little wooden block on your table that is green on one end and red on the other. If you want meat, you turn it up to green. Then the fellows with the skewered meats come to your table and serve it to you bit by bit every 5-10 minutes, such as filet in bacon, turkey in bacon, brazilian sausage, prime rib, barbecued chicken, barbecued pineapple, etc. A friend of mine who spent 2 years in Brazil and who lives in NYC, said that this was still the best churrascarĂa she had ever found outside of Brazil. alliekatt
