I have been eating at Gourmet Avenue since it opened. The food is
always fresh and really good. Usually I get the kopte sandwich, which is
like a meatball sandwich, only the meat patties are cooked fresh on the
grill with onions, and served on a fresh Mancini roll with tomatoes and
parsley. Order it zesty and they'll sprinkle a mixture of turkish red pepper
and oregano on it. The zesty chicken is similar (fresh marinated chicken
breasts). Eggplant is not my favorite vegetable but I hear the eggplant
sandwich is good. Prices with fresh cut fries and a drink: $5.00-$6.00
